With a regional university at the north end of our block, it just made sense to rent our housing to college students. When SUU transitioned to a 3 semester school year to enable students to complete a bachelor degree in three rather than four years (complete with federal financial aid available all 3 semesters including summer semester)…. we transitioned to mostly year round housing. We began offering discounted rent with some paid or subsidized utilities in exchange for 3 or 4 semester housing contracts on one of three payment plans.

There are often still a limited number of 2 semester contracts for fall and spring semesters, for the same housing with all the same amenities and within the same half block walking distance, at our regular price. Our regular price is still lower than SUU housing on the same block and competitive with or lower than other nearby and downtown competitors

Each property is located about one half block from the south edge of campus, near SUU library.

Each property offers affordable, comfortable living spaces that are well-maintained & nicely furnished unless the contract is for unfurnished housing.

Each property features:

• Free, private off-street parking so you don’t need to buy a school parking pass and hunt for a parking space every day. You don’t even need to start your car to get to class when campus is only a seven minute walk from home.
• .Free, private in-house laundry appliances, not coin-op and not shared with neighbors or strangers.
• Lawn service for private yards with patio furniture & hammock trees.
